Dan Weber, CEO / Executive Coach of Peak Pathways, L.L.C., coaches executives
and teams to successfully manage personal, career and business transitions to
achieve their desired goals. Dan has
extensive business management experience in the energy industry, international
trade, real estate, manufacturing, technology services and government.
Following over thirty years of successful roles in
corporate tax, mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, operations and
finance Dan started Peak Pathways in 2003 to do the work he enjoys the most -
helping people to grow and develop to fulfill their potential. He is an Executive Coach who has experienced
the challenges and joys of leading people.
He has felt the numerous demands and pressures of managing a
business. He knows the complexities and
thrills of identifying and successfully implementing changes across functional
areas.
Dan brings depth, insight, humor, and willingness to his
work and relationships. He is a
Certified Hudson Institute Coach with The Hudson Institute, an Accredited Coach
Training Program of the International Coach Federation (ICF). He also is an Independent Consultant for
Korn/Ferry International Leadership and Talent Consulting. Dan is a PXT Select™ Authorized Partner and
has additional certification with EQi 2.0.
Dan is a Trustee of Omaha's Business Ethics Alliance. He was a co-founder and served on
the Executive Committee of Men Against Domestic Violence Action Coalition
(MADVAC), a unit of the Women's Center for Advancement (WCA). He is a past member of the
Board of Directors of the Omaha based Institute for Career Advancement Needs,
Inc. (ICAN). He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska
- Lincoln, College of Business
Administration.
Dan and his
wife Lois have two daughters and sons-in-law as well as four grand-daughters.
