Dan Weber, CEO / Executive Coach of Peak Pathways, L.L.C., coaches executives and teams to successfully manage personal, career and business transitions to achieve their desired goals.  Dan has extensive business management experience in the energy industry, international trade, real estate, manufacturing, technology services and government. 


Following over thirty years of successful roles in corporate tax, mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, operations and finance Dan started Peak Pathways in 2003 to do the work he enjoys the most - helping people to grow and develop to fulfill their potential.  He is an Executive Coach who has experienced the challenges and joys of leading people.  He has felt the numerous demands and pressures of managing a business.  He knows the complexities and thrills of identifying and successfully implementing changes across functional areas. 


Dan brings depth, insight, humor, and willingness to his work and relationships.  He is a Certified Hudson Institute Coach with The Hudson Institute, an Accredited Coach Training Program of the International Coach Federation (ICF).  He also is a Team National Independent Marketing Director as well as an Independent Consultant for Korn/Ferry International Leadership and Talent Consulting.  Dan is a PXT Select™ Authorized Partner.  He has additional certification with EQi 2.0.    


Dan is a Trustee of Omaha's Business Ethics Alliance and serves as an Ambassador for the organization.  He serves on the Executive Committee and leads the Strategic Planning Committee of Men Against Domestic Violence Action Coalition (MADVAC), a unit of the Women's Center for Advancement (WCA).  He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Omaha based Institute for Career Advancement Needs, Inc. (ICAN).  He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, College of Business Administration. 


Dan and his wife Lois have two daughters and sons-in-law as well as four grand-daughters.

Nancy Root, MBA, CPC, Associate.  With over 25 years of leadership experience, Nancy has enjoyed a successful professional career in the healthcare field.  Executive roles have included responsibility for business units generating in excess of $10 million dollars in annual revenues.  


An experienced entrepreneur Nancy served as the Chief Executive for a start up health care facility.  From concept to reality Nancy lead the team through financing, construction, hiring & training of staff, securing licensure and accreditation, to full operations.    


Through her professional career, Nancy has gained extensive experience managing people, including training, leadership, coaching, conflict resolution and career path planning.  She is perceived as a leader and positive role model among many.  


In addition to her work with Peak Pathways LLC, Nancy is a partner with JN Consulting & Business Advisors working as a healthcare and small business consultant.  With special interests in professional development & coaching, in conjunction with responsibilities as a healthcare and business consultant, Nancy is the Founder and CEO of and works as a Professional Coach helping working moms achieve professional and personal goals.      


Nancy is active in Community Youth & Women's Mentoring programs.  An active supporter of multiple non-profit community support organizations Nancy is an advocate of advancing the needs of women in the work place and representing the needs of children in underserved populations. 


Education and certifications include: Certified Professional Business and Life Coach, Master's in Business Administration; Completion of Fellowship Healthcare Management/Advisory Board of Advanced Leadership; Graduate of Influence/Institute for Career Advancement Needs.

She has helped hundreds of businesses accelerate sales, improve employee engagement, reduce cost, and increase market share through Verde Martin coaching, events, and educational materials since starting the firm in 2007. Each attendee has accelerated sales as a result, launched new markets/products, expanded domestically and internationally, and improved their bottom lines. 


Slupe's goal is to offer innovative, highly responsive sales services to help businesses grow. Her intrinsic understanding of the sales process results in clients seeing on average a 30% increase in revenue within the first two years following the sales training. Jill is the author of Rule of Thumb: A Guide to Sales Strategy and is an adjunct professor of sales and marketing at Midlands University.
